Scientific work is devoted to studying of features of clinical current of pregnancy, labor, sorts and conditions of newborns at women operative on adnexa before pregnancy, and development on the basis of received results complex treatment and prophylactic actions. The received results have allowed to expand the available data about functional infringements in mother placenta fetus system. Practical recommendations on decreasing frequency of obstetrical and perinatal pathologies in women operated on adnexa before pregnancy on the basis of the differentiated approach for carrying out of treatment-and-prophylactic actions.
