In dissertation adduction results of three-year researches and recommendation in relation to efficiency of application of regulators of growth, bio- and mounts at peredposіvnіy treatment of seed and sprinkling of sowing in the phase of bushing out. It is set that application biologically of active preparations, promoted, to the increase of energy of germination of seed on 2-22%, to laboratory and field likeness of seed accordingly on 2-6 and 4-9%.The most high likeness of seed is marked on the sorts of millet Mironіvs'ke 51 and Kharkov 57, namely: the laboratory was 95%, and the field - 82-87%.
