Shostak B. Software and hardware for the diagnostics systems of control technical object

The thesis is devoted to the questions of labor input reduction of the process of the technical object digital modules' diagnostics and to the increasing of the efficiency of the faults' search in condition of the partial uncertainty. The complex of the diagnostics was designed for the solving of the problems, intended for optimization of searching for failure digital element in module of any complication and functional types. Thereby, there were designed the methods allowing to optimize the process of the diagnostics. The experimental investigations were conducted on the digital modules of the different types of systems of control technical object. They have shown essential increase of the efficiency of the process of the digital modules diagnostics using the designed methods. At the result the labor input of the diagnostics with the use of the designed diagnostic complex has become 3,77 lower.
