In the dissertation research at first the tendencies of progress system relations of privacy in the transitive economics of Ukraine is showing, the indexes of efficacy functioning joint-stock partnerships and the ways of their rise is proved at the basis of analysis native and foreign scientific literature, the native practice of reforming relations privacy and the experience of different countries in sphere of restatement. It is analyses the categories of privatization and it interpretation in different economical schools. In this paper researches peculiarities of ukrainian model privatization. It is gets the next progress general methodological approaches to the analysis of privacy as the restatement economical categories privacy and the modern processes it reforming. In this paper the essence of restatement with demands of principle contradiction is proves, that is the essence of that category with look material thing contents and social form is exposes. It is perfects the essence of criterions efficacy joint-stock privacy for which is refer indexes the financial status factory, the efficacy of corporative management, enlisting of investment resources in production and activisation of labor collective workers.
