Object of research. A transport complex as a whole and the autoenterprises of the Kharkov region on the basis of which were used analytical and experimental development for maintenance of their commercial stability. The purpose of research. A substantiation and development of recommendations for improvement of the organizational - economic mechanism of regulation of work of the motor transportation enterprises on the basis of rational granting services in view of a potential demand for them. Research receptions. Monographic, abstract - logic, economic-mathematical, a method of expert estimations, sample of the statistical and accounting data, grouping, a graphic method, correlation-regression modelling, computer programming. Theoretical and practical recommendations of dissertational research consist in a substantiation of offers and recommendations concerning maintenance of effective regulation of development of services the motor transportation enterprises. Novelty of research is the offered mechanism of realization of corporate management the motor transportation enterprises in market conditions which will allow corporations to realize the potential opportunities and it is rational to use means to provide growth of cost of the capital of shareholders; the offered mechanism of regulation of transport service at a cooperative pattern of ownership which will provide financial and economic stability and break-even under conditions of market economy.
