Perkina N. Economic-organizing mechanism of state regulation of quality of products management system formation and development in Ukraine

Object of research. Process of formation and development of the system of state quality regulation in Ukraine. Aim of research. Scientific basis of organizational - economic elements of the state regulation system and development of actions on increase of efficiency of functioning of the system. Methods of research. Dialectical method; observation and theoretical generalization; analysis and synthesis; logical modeling; system analysis; statistical analysis. Theoretical and practical results. The theoretical value of the obtained results consists in the solving of important scientific problems on providing of formation of economic mechanism of theoretical knowledge deepening in the sphere of state regulation of quality control in a multistructure economy. Practical value of the obtained results consists in the fact that developed recommendations on the improvement of the organizational - economic mechanism of state regulation of formation and development of the quality control systems allow to increasethe efficiency of the acting quality control system and to provide the coordination of the goals of the quality control strategy with the tasks of macroeconomic stabilization. Novelty of the new - introduced consists in development of conceptual scheme of providing of effective stage-by-stage introduction of quality systems in Ukraine, which, unlike existing schemes, provides realization of coordinated development of the systems of state quality regulation with taking into consideration of social, ecological, economic and normative - legislative resources. Thus major factors which constrain development of the systems of state quality regulation in multistructure economy are opened and characterized that allows to choose the most effective method of formation and quality control in Ukraine. Degree of introduction. Scientific results of research were used in work of National scientific centre "Metrology Institute" (the inquiry on introduction № 004/01-232 from 22.01.2007). Materials of the dissertation researchare used in studying process of economic and management department of Kharkiv national university named V.N. Karazin at teaching of the disciplines "Quality control", "State industrial policy", "Risks in management".
