The dissertation is devoted to the circulation levels of proinflammatory cytokines (TNF-a, IL-6) and CRP changes role investigation in blood plasma patiens with chronic heart failure (CHF) depending on its ethiology and the therapy with ACF - inhibitor Enalapril and - adrenoblocker Carvedilol influence estimation. The immunoinflammatory reactions indexes changes was found to be more expressed in DCM patients with the same stage of Chronic Heart failure. The proinflammatory cytokines and CRP level correlation with the lipid peroxidation, Q-T interval disperssion and the myocardium structural- functional parameters was marked. The mathematic model was created and the most informative indexes for the CHF prognosis were fond to be the TNF - level and LV EF. The combinnation of the Enalapril and Carvedilol during 3 month therapy cause the decreasing of the immunoinflammatory reactions indexes in CHF pations not depending on its ethyology. The therapy efficasy increses with the Pentoxiphyllinum adding.
