The given work is dedicated to working out new pathogenetically proved methods of miscarriage prevention of women infected by the herpesviral infection. In the course of work the spread of activated cytomegaloviral and herpetic infection (2nd type) of women with involuntary miscarriages and burdened with obstetric and gynecological anamnesis was studied alongside with the immunopathogenesis of involuntary miscarriages on the herpesviral activation background. There was established the influence of generally excepted therapy on the immune responsiveness indicators, nonspecific organism resistance in the course of viral infection treatment of women with involuntary miscarriages; and studied the use of domestic drug amizone in a complex pregravidal antiviral therapy of women with involuntary miscarriages and viral infection, which contributes to the immunological indicators normalization, makes it possible to reach consistent remission of infectious disease, contributing to the improvement of reproductivehealth, normal flow of the next pregnancy and giving birth to a healthy child.
