Ilkov V. Legal regulation of creation and functioning of free economic zones in Ukraine.

The dissertation is devoted to complex research of problems of the legal regulation of investment activity realization in Free Economic Zones (FEZ) of Ukraine after declension of privileges in FEZ. The author investigates the concept and legal nature of FEZ, history and stages of development of FEZ. Criteria and features of classification of FEZ are also grounded. On the basis of legal sources analysis of regulation of investment activity in FEZ of Ukraine and legislation of some foreign states, and also on the basis of substantive provisions of civil transactions theory and derivative obligations, the author probes: legal relationships in the field of the legal regulation of investments in FEZ of Ukraine, guarantees of realization of investment activity in FEZ; judicial practice, appeal of actions of the state that are in relation to FEZ. The row of theoretical positions is grounded, as well as practical recommendations in relation to perfection of current legislation of Ukraine directed on providingof more rational legal regulation of realization and providing of investment activity in FEZ of Ukraine as a project of Law.
