Thesis covers the decision of the important task of modern obstetrics – study of fetal state and utero-placental complex in pregnant with cardio-vascular diseases for the optimization of management tactics and reduction of perinatal complications.The morphology peculiarities of the placentas in different kinds of heart pathology have been studied. The early pre-clinic signs of fetal state disorders and signs of placental failure in pregnant with cardio-vascular pathology have been worked out. The dopplerometric criteria for the correction of the revealed changes have been chosen.
