Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the study of the mechanisms of the malfunction of the kidneys functional condition and peculiarities of the changes of the morphological structure of kidneys and liver of rats under the conditions of the influence of toxic substances and on the background of the development of hepatorenal syndrome. All the researches on the intoxicated animals were carried out on induced diuresis condition (water and osmotic). The violations of basic renal processes (filtration, reabsorption) and function (osmoregulative, excretive) have been studied. The particulates of renal exchange of nitrites of endogenous origin have been researched. While creating a model of acute intoxication it has been established that the most serious malfunctions of kidneys appear with the first 24 hours after intoxication, exactly an encrease synthesis of renal proteins (at 50%) and nitrates (at 40%) by absence of functional renal reserve, on condition of the presence of these malfunction in 72 hours. Besides, the most serious functional changes observed with the rats of these group are the following - reduction of the speed glomerular filtration and malfunction of tubular reabsorption. Meanwhile within the same period (in the same groups) the indicators of changes of glomerular filtration and excretion of nitrites have certain positive dinamic. The morphological changes in the form of granular destruction in the proximal convoluted tubules, presence of waxlike necrosis in the proximal and distal convoluted tubules and definite structural malfunctions of the tissue of the liver have been revealed.
