The thesis covers the study of homeostasis urine changes at pregnant women with preeclampsia by correlation spectroscopy based on subfractional composition of urine. In preeclampsia were detected increasing of autoimmune, toxic, catabolic and dystrophic changes and absence of normologic spectrum of urine. High sensitivity of laser correlation spectroscopy allowed to recommend this method as an express method of diagnostic, prognosis, evaluation of severity and examine of effectiveness of treatment of preeclampsia, especialyy in pregnant women with pathology of urinary system.
