Chebotaryova M. Early diagnostics and prophylaxis of adhesion process after gynaecological operations

The thesis covers an actual theme in a scientific and practical aspect - early diagnostics and prophylaxis of adhesion process after gynaecological operations.The study of acetyl ability of women, distributing of gaptoglobins phenotypes, basic indexes of the LPO-AOS system and thiol-disulphide exchange is conducted depending on age and degree of adhesion process. On the basis of findings the pathogenetic complex of prophylaxis of adhesion process and chart of its introduction, directed on renewal of processes of acetylene and state of the редокс-systems to the physiological level, was developed and approved. Combination of endoscopic medical treatment with the offered complex of pharmacological preparations reduces the risk of origin of adhesion process in remote terms after endoscopic operations concerning tube-peritoneal sterility and endometriosis, spped up and facili tates the early postoperation rehabilitation of patients.
