Scientific work is devoted to decrease in frequency obstetrical and perinatal complications at women with the VIH-infection on the basis of studying clinical-virologic features and a functional condition fetoplacental complex, and also development and introduction of a technique of optimization of conducting pregnancy. For the first time the interrelation between a functional condition fetoplacental complex and development obstetrical and perinatal pathologies at women with the VIH-infection is established in view of behavioural factors and the use of drugs. It has allowed to expand available formations given about the mechanism and developments obstetrical and perinatal pathologies at women with the VIH-infection, and also scientifically to prove necessity of optimization of conducting pregnancy. Necessity of carrying out antiretrovirus and antigomotoxical preventive maintenance perinatal VIH-transmission from the second trimester of pregnancy as since this period frequency of development of complications of pregnancy and placentites is more effectively reduced is established, and also improves morfofunctional condition of a placenta and does not render negative influence on clinical, biochemical, immunological and endocrinological parameters of blood.
