Scientific work is devoted to decrease in frequency of not planned pregnancy and by-effects of various methods of contraception at women with a diabetes 1 on the basis of complex studying lipidete and a carbohydrate exchange, and also a system hemostasis and development of the differentiated approach to use of various hormonal contraceptives. The interrelation between reception perorale contraceptives and increase trombogene the potential of blood connected to intravascular activation trombocytes and dependent from doze etynilestradiol and type progestagene of a component is established. The differentiated approach for a choice gormonale contraceptives is developed at insulinedependent a diabetes depending on initial parameters of indemnification of a diabetes and presence of diabetic complications.
