Fulfilment of the ecological-and-hygienic assessment of the impact of ambient air, sea environment, working zone air and health of the workers from the port of contamination that formed at the trans-shifting of dangerous bulk loads at the seaports, scientific rationale and elaboration of the complex of measures for environment improvement and improvement of work conditions are a basis for the thesis. For the fist time the peculiarities of the environmental contamination by the components of chemical loads in modern seaports and processes of self-purifications of water environment were studied on the basis of the experimental and field research.
