Moroz V. Competitive policy of the state and mechanisms of its inculcation in the transformational economics

Object of research: social-economic transformation in Ukraine. Purpose of the research: theoretical substantiation of state competitiveness' politics substance and developing of mechanisms of its adoption in economic transformation process in Ukraine. Methods: logical, dialectical, historical, of compare analysis, of system analyses, of statistic observation and of expert mark, modeling, of analysis and of synthesis. Results: the essence and content of state competitiveness politics were theoretically substantiated. Novelty: an approach to making a connection between the levels of country's competitiveness, corruptions and population's life was suggested. Scientific results are introduced by Kharkiv and Poltava oblast state administrations, by Centre legislative initiative of Donesk oblast soviet. Areas of use: public management, regional management, scientific research, training and retraining of civil servants.
