Research object - the processes of cold plastic deformation of metals; research aim - cost reduction in manufacturing corrugated parts with minimal curvature radius from hard-deformable materials using special by developed technology of surface formation by means of cold plastic deformation and working out recommendations for practical imple-mentation of above-mentioned processes. Research methods - analytical, experimental, experimental-computational, theoretical and practical results - regularities of forming cor-rugations with minimal curvature radii by means of cold plastic deformation have been es-tablished and mathematical models have been developed as a basis fir engineering calcula-tion apparatus that allows to evaluate limit deformation of workpieces and to determine the number and parameters of transitions in technological processes of corrugated parts manufacture; implementation scope - within the given franch; sphere of application - ma-chine-building.
