Varvarina N. Development of dogwood garden-stuffs drying processes and products on its basis.

The object is drying processes of dogwood garden-stuffs and products on its basis. The aims to development of dogwood garden-stuffs drying processes and of pulp of guasi-liguefied layer, conductive method of fruit puree drying with the receipt of dry soluble product. The methods are original, standard and analytical. Hydrodynamics of the guasi-liguefied layer dogwood garden-stuffs, kinetics of drying in a boiling layer and conductive drying of puree, finish drying of pulp granules state are explored. Conformities to the law are analytically studied heat and mass exchange of drying processes, influence of basic factors on the dynamics of moisture load in the process of moisture deleting. A new method on the basis of mathematical description of form body heating of rotation is offered with the help of the program complex ANSYS. In theory it is grounded and the graphic method of choice task decision of drying process rational parameters of thermosensitive objects is offered.The row of technological charts and improved equipment for processing of fruit raw material with the receipt of products of functional purpose is developed. The results of researches are inculcated on the enterprises of feed and food processing engineering.
