Alexandrina T. Detection, registration, treatment and follow up of patients with HIV/AIDS-associated tuberculosis

Object of research - HIV-assosiated tuberculosis; the purpose - increase of efficiency of epidemiological supervision, detection, treatment and dispensary observation of patients with tuberculosis in combination with HIV by development of a technique of their detection, registration and organization of a medical care; methods - clinical, X-ray, microbialogic, biochemical, statistical; the novelty - is designed a technique of detection, registration and dispensary observation og patients with HIV-assosiated tuberculosis; outcomes - the designed technique of detection of a tuberculosis on 75 % has increased efficiency of diagnostic of HIV-assosiated tuberculosis. The efficiency of treatment of a tuberculosis in patients with HIV-assosiated tuberculosis and AIDS without the expressed immunodeficiencyy (CD4 > 100 mm3) does not differ from outcomes for the HIV-negative patients. Voluntary pretest the consultation in connection with testing on HIV in 3,7 times increases its efficacy, and after test consultation - increases efficiency of a tuberculinodiagnosics and prophylaxis tuberculosis accordingly in 1,8 that 1,6 times. The short bicomponent regimen of chemoprophilaxis of a tuberculosis in HIV patients with application HZ exceed on efficiency isoniazid prophylaxis, that shows by considerable decreasing of number of preventive treatment interruption (in 2,6 times), of development of active tuberculosis case in the beginning ARVT (in 13,7 times) and promotes increase of quantity of a level CD4 of lymphocytes.
