The dissertation is devoted to organizational - legal problems of activity of the Supreme Soviet of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, improvement of organizational - legal process on the basis of legal regulation of activity of Parliament of the Autonomy. The legislation of the Supreme Soviet of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, creation of legal mechanisms of interaction of the governmental organ of the Autonomy with the others organs of the government power in the Autonomous Republic are analyzed. On the base of current legislation of Ukraine the proposal on improvement of activity of the Supreme Soviet of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and it legal maintenance are formulated.
