Approaches to the understanding of the notion of personality orientated education are elucidated; correlation of differentiation in the teaching process and specialized education in senior school is marked in the dissertation. Approaches to the formation of curriculums content are elucidated. Labour education curriculums content (specialization "Beads Wicker - Work" for pupils of the 10th-12th forms of schools of general education), its structure, the logical scheme of formation, functions that provide curriculum content realization, directions of activity on this curriculum are determined.
