Essay

Dissertation is dedicated to the theoretical generalization and new solution of scientific task of cure rate enhancement of psoriasis taking into account pathogenetic mechanisms, clinical path of dermatosis and therapeutic alignment of systemic disturbances in the body of ill person. By means of dynamic skin scintigraphy, it was determined the presence of microcirculation defects in cutaneous vessel of psoriasis ill persons, in particular in affected by psoriatic enanthesis areas and in locuses of visibly unaffected skin, that broadens the notion of dermatosis pathogenesis. Metabolic imbalance in lipid composition of blood serum and red-cell membranes, and increasing of liver enzyme activity in psoriasis ill persons were determined, that, in connection with diagnosed pathology of hepatobiliary system of patients, cardiac syndrome and disturbances of microcirculation in cutaneous vessel, points out the correlation of numerical links of pathological process in this dermatosis, and also can serve as anadditional diagnostic prognostic index of psoriatic process activity and effectiveness of therapeutic interventions. An original treatment mode was elaborated for psoriasis including therapeutic agents in complex therapy directed by alignment of systemic disturbance in the body of ill persons, that promotes the speeding-up of psoriatic enanthesis regress and lengthening of dermatosis remission.
