The main idea of the thesis is the improvement of approaches to diagnostics and optimization of acute coronary syndrome without persistent ST-segment elevation treatment(unstable angina and non-Q-wave myocardial infarction) in patients with metabolic risk factors on the basis of research markers of systemic inflammation content, lipid and carbohydrate metabolism, heart rate variability and cardiohemodynamics on the background of inhibitors angiotenzinconvertin ferments (perindopril) and statins (simvastatin) treatment.
