Gladishenko O. Forecasting and preventive maintenance peritoneal commissures on a basis prognostic criteria it beginnings

The dissertation is devoted to study communication of anthropometrical features, somatotypical and dermatoglyphical parameters with development peritoneal commissures at the men and women of second period of mature age (man - 35-60 years; the woman - 35-55 years), and also treatment enteral intoxication at acute intestinal obstruction and preventive maintenance of development adhesions formation. By the author for the first time is established, that somatotypical and dermatoglyphical parameters are specific genotypic and phenotypic markers of propensity to development peritoneal commissures. On the basis of carried antropogenetical researches, for the first time elaborate discriminant models of individual propensity to peritoneal commissures. The author advances treatment enteral intoxication at acute intestinal obstruction, the new design nasointestinal tube is offered, the new circuit of preventive adhesions formation is introduced.
