Dronjak M. Syrgical treatment of acute pancreatitis complicated by jaundice syndrome

The work is devoted to the improvement of the results of surgical treatment of acute pancreatitis complicated by jaundice syndrome with the priority application of miniinvasion technologies.On the results of clinical and laboratory monitoring the effectiveness of two-stage surgery tactics applied to the treatment of biliary and acute pancreatitis complicated by jaundice syndrome is shoved. This tactics lies in early decompression of biliary with the help of endoscopic papilosphinkterotomy during the first two days from the time of hospitalization, and as a second stage – after the stabilization of the patient - laparoscopic cholecystectomy. As an alternative treatment for the patients with alimentary acute pancreatitis there exists complex conservative therapy, and when bilirubinemia grows – endobiliary stent implantation
