Lysak L. Syntactical-stylistic fynctions of the sentences with adverbial participle in the styles of modern Ukrainian language

The object is syntactic and style indications of singylar adverbial participles and semantic-syntactic complex parts of a sentence formed on their grammatical basis; the objective is to determine, based on the grammatical nature of the adverbial participle, its role in the formation of various syntactic structures and its function in different styles of the modern Ukrainian language; the methods are as follows:descriptive, component, transformation, quantitative; the novelte of the study is that for the first time in the national philology the subject of an independent study became the problem of style usage and stylistic role of adverbial modifiers expressed by singular adverbial participles and dangling participles, as well as functioninq of parenthetical word combinations with an adverbial participle in various styles of the ukrainian language; the results of the study are supplemented with the theory of the application of adverbial participle structures in all, not only bookish, styles, reveal theprevalence of each structure in the styles and substyles of the ukrainian language, substantiate the necessity of indicating the genre differences of texts containing them and their capability of satisfying extralingual reguirements of each functional variety of the language in general stylistics courses.
