Oklei D. Surgical treatment of the chronic pancreatitis complicated with pseudocyst with the usage of minimal invasive techniques

The dissertation work studied the efficiency and it was carried out a comparative analysis of minimal invasive surgical techniques for the treatment of the patients with chronic pancreatitis complicated with pseudocyst of pancreas. The analysis of the course of early post-operative period, close and long-term results of the treatment gave the evidence of the necessity of the differentiated approach to the selection of the method of surgical intervention considering the anatomic and functional changes in the state of parenchyma and duct system of the gland, extrahepatic bile ducts and related organs. The was developed a curative diagnostic algorithm for the patients with chronic pancreatitis complicated with pseudocyst and it favoured the results of the treatment. The usage of the proposed techniques for prognosis of septic necrotic complications of pseudocyst of pancreas has been recommended by dynamic study of the microbes bodies titre changes in the cyst contents and their prophylaxis with «Bakterіophag» preparation.
