Dissertation is basis on materials ofinspection of patients with ischemic heart diseases (IHD), which were under influence of sonszsng radiation in low doses.With the purpose of study of bting and intercommunication of citokin's link of the immune system,functional being of neytrofil's granulosites of blood (NGB) and sysyem of gemostazis and development of objective additional criteria of clinical flow of disease. criteria of diagnostics and the IHD destabilization at the given category of patients are exposed violations of gumoral and ctllular link of the smmune system. determination of type of the functional answer NGB on the processes of coagulation and fibrinolizis will give possibility to estimate the IHD flow. Application domain is clinical medicine. Results are inculcates in practice of medical establishments.
