The thesis is dedicated to a problem of learning training applying as means of management training at economic universities. Scientific and psychological/pedagogical literature on researched problem has been analyzed. It has been determined that professional practical training of up-to date enterprise managers economic universities is insufficient. The thesis exposes peculiarities of present - day situation on learning training implementation at higher economic educational institutions of Ukraine.
