Object of the investigation - experimental animals with model immobilization stress and its combination with tourniquet a shock; the purpose - to establish a role proteolytical and free-radical mechanisms in development immobilization stress and experimentally to prove pathogenetic approaches to its medicamentous correction; methods - biochemical, electrophysiological, morphological, statistical; novelty and results - will consist in an experimental substantiation of the pathogenetic importance of infringements in protheolytical and free-radical systems at development immobilization stress and efficiency of combined use of means of metabolic correction – inhibitor of proteolysis contrycal and antioxidant corvitin; firstly it is revealed, that immobilization stress is accompanied by activation of processes proteolysis, free-radical oxidations of lipids both reduction inhibitor of proteolysis and antioxidants. It is established, that at immobilization stress the cerebral circulation is broken, the pressure of oxygen is reduced, develops compensated metabolic acidosis; firstly interrelations of changes in proteinase-inhibitor to system and system lipids peroxydation with a condition of a cerebral circulation and ultrastructural changes in organs are revealed at immobilization stress; iIt is established, that the combination contrycal and corvitin promotes restoration proteinase-inhibitor, prooxidant-antioxidant balance, and interferes with development of functional infringements in head a brain and ultrastructural changes in organs of animals at immobilization stress; it was introduced - in studding process at departments of pathophysiology of medical universities in Crimean, Kharkov, Ternopol, Odessa, Donetsk; in practice of 6-th city clinical hospital of fast and urgent medical aid Simferopol, CRH in Saki, Republican hospital of invalids of Second World War (Simferopol); sphere of use - medicine (pathological physiology).
