Selivanova O. Forming of the professional readiness of the cadet-girls to the Frontier Service

The dissertation is devoted to the forming of the cadet-girls professional readiness to the Frontier Service. The peculiarities of their drilling and the organization-pedagogical conditions of the teaching are studied: referring to the life of people provision conditions, which are determined by requirements of the Statutes; the cadet-girls military-professional communication style; female study-group formation; including to the male commanders and teachers’ individual professional preparation questions of the cadet-girls preparation peculiarities. Female-officers authorship professsiogramm, which includes psycophysiological peculiarities, the characteristic and the quality of the personality, and the cadet-girls readiness model are created. Studying the cadet-girls professional readiness has showed that corresponding conditions influence favorably on the quality of their preparation to Frontier Service.
