This thesis is devoted to complex research of problems in the preparation of civil cases to trial. Legal - procedure nature, peculiar features and its place in the structure of civil procedure are being researched. Boundaries, aim, task procedural form and content are being studied. The problems of law enforcement practice of the preparation of civil cases to trial are revealed. The ways of their solving are proposed, recommendations directed on the improvement of civil procedure legislation of Ukraine are formulated. The fixation of purpose and tasks of the stage, delimination of articles regulating the preparation stage and it content. New edition of a number of articles acting CPC are formulated.
