The Dissertation is devoted to the research of actual theoretical and Law in force character matters, connected with intellectual property rights defence under the Civil Law of Ukraine. The Dissertation consists of three chapters. The first chapter contains the analysis of norms of national and international legislation, court practice, connected with the intellectual property rights implementation and management. The intellectual property in social - Law system of Ukraine is analysed. The second chapter gives the detailed research of the questions of the intellectual property rights as the defence object. The third chapter highlights the defence of the intellectual property rights by the Civil Law of Ukraine."
