The dissertation is a comprehensive research of the structure of legal relations arising from the violation of consumers' rights. This research is a novelty in juridical science, being the first attempt to analyze the whole structure of legal relations arising from the violation of consumers' rights as stipulated by the amended Law of Ukraine on the Protection of Consumers' Rights. The legal relations arising from the violation of consumers' rights are viewed from the historical perspective with taking into consideration the international experience in regulating this sphere of legal relations The dissertation provides the characteristics of the subjects, object and contents of legal relations arising from the violation of consumers' rights. It also defines the types and ways for the protection of consumers' rights. Based on the research and the conclusions the dissertation offers a number of propositions for the clarification of some provisions of Civil Law Acts of Ukraine."
