The thesis presents a complex research of problems of Euro-Atlantic relations in the context of American Neo-Conservatism foreign policy paradigm. It is claimed that there is interconnection between system change in American strategic vision under Bush Administration and development of critical phenomena in US-Europe relations. The analysis provides for definition of major problems, specifics and road marks of Euro-Atlantic partnership in the start of the 21st century.
