In presented thesis we studied proliferative peculiarities and expression of d-cyclin, one of the principal regulators of cell cycle, in the cells of root meristem of pea seedlings by clinorotation.We showed for the first time the changes of mitotic activity during induction of germination of seedlings subjected to clinorotation. We demonstrated several peculiarities of the action of clinorotation that testify its effect on G0/G1. In the plants grown under clinorotation, all phases of cell cycle began 3 hours later in comparison with control. We showed for the first time the changes in gene expression caused by factor of clinorotation. Gene expression of d - cyclin determined in control and under clinorotation was different and changed from absence to active increase.
