Essay

Theoretically-legal problems of correlation and interaction of law and moral in regulating social relations are researched in the dissertation. Law and moral rising conceptions,institute of law and moral understanding are analyzed and generalized. The analysis of gnoseology of moral and law is accomplished. The author made more exact and developed the concept of moral and gave in the author's vision. It is concluded that law and moral make morally-legal inference,create social value that has an active impact on juridical practice.
