Essay

The dissertation is devoted to treatment effectiveness of posthaemorrhagic anaemia, the substantiation of the prescription of recombinanted erythropoietin in patients with ulcer gastroduodenal bleeding. Experimental investigation showed that in rats with light, middle-severe and severe bleeding erythropoietic function of red bone marrow in the posthaemorrhagic period activates differently. In investigation the content of endogenic erythropoietin in patients with ulcer gastroduodenal bleeding was exposed that the production of the last does not depend on the volume of blood loss. On the balance of this we offer 4 types of the reaction of erythropoiesis to blood loss and determine the content of EPO in the blood serum: «deaf» or areactive, hyporeactive, reactive and hyperreactive. According to the investigation the prescribing of rEPO foe patients with gastroduodenal ulcer bleeding is substantiated.
