It discovers constitutional and legal situation of Greek national minority and its association in Ukraine. There is analysis of native and foreign lawful sources of scientific research whose main purpose was to draw generalizations of national minority. Different kinds of rights and duties of representatives of national minorities in Ukraine were classified during research. The main stages of development of social unions in Ukraine were researched; the ways and constitutional and legal terms of creation Greek national unions and its joining to Federation of Greek associations of Ukraine are determined. Organizational and lawful basics of Federation's activity are determined here; there is generalized description and systematization of statute documents that regulate its activity.
