Semiconductor photoresponse under action of two incident light waves of slightly different frequencies under drift instability conditions was investigated. The influence of the control parameters and space-time distribution of the incident light under photo-Gunn-effect on dynamics phase states of the electron subsystem and space-time distribution of the internal electric field and carrier's concentration was studied.
