Essay

In the thesis a theoretical research of the anomalous relaxation in structurally-disordered dielectric materials in device systems is given. Models of the anomalous relaxation of Cole-Cole, Cole-Davidson, Havriliak-Negami are constructed. For the purpose of the model's construction determination of a local fractional derivative was proposed and its properties were studied. The fractal function of Salem's type was constructed and calculations and the mean fractal dimensions of quantity and the local fractional dimensions. The connection of the fractional derivative with the dimensions of quantity of the fractal set, which generates the anomalous relaxation, was shown. The comparisons of the theoretical and experimental dependences for the dielectric properties are given. A model of a microstructure of disordered media, which reveal the unexponent dielectric relaxation, was constructed.
