Nyzhnyj S. The pledge of property right as the way to secure the fulfilment of commitments

The author investigates how the institute of property rights pledge was formed, determines the term of pledge of property rights, analyses its legal essence. The thesis provides the determination of the agreement of pledge of property rights, investigates its subject and content, form and sides. The mechanisms of levy execution against the pledged property rights are analysed in the given work. The investigation of problems of legal regulation of pledge of the separate kinds of property rights was made, namely: author property rights, corporate rights, property rights which appear from lease legal relations and the peculiarities of pledge of other kinds of the rights of claim. Some ways directed on improvement of the legislation is stated in the thesis.
