Essay

The thesis deals with researches of the main trends of regulation of personal and property matrimonial relations in private international law. The author tries to make the fullest and complete analysis of personal and property matrimonial relations, to line out their correlation and to review the ways of their legal regulation in different countries. Basing on conclusions received the author researches the main trends and features of matrimonial relations regulating by conflict law. Special attention is devoted to problems pf harmonization and unification of matrimonial ant conflict law in this area.
