Syvukhin V. Constitutional Right for Privacy of Human and Citizen and its Enforcement by Internal Affairs Authorities of Ukraine

The thesis is dedicated to the analysis of constitutional right for privacy of human and citizen and the role of internal affairs authorities in its enforcement. Genesis, theoretical elaborations and regulatory basis for constitutional right for privacy of human and citizen are analyzed in the thesis. Personal view of the notion, phenomenon, characteristics and content of this right is offered. The role of internal affairs authorities in constitutional right for privacy of human and citizen enforcement, their authority, forms and methods of activity in this field are analyzed. Improvement of legislation to ensure and secure effective regulation of constitutional right for privacy of human and citizen by internal affairs authorities is proposed.
