. Object of dissertational research are processes of acceptance of dispatching decisions at drawing up of educational schedules in high school. The purpose of dissertational work is increase of efficiency of decision-making at drawing up of schedules in high school on the basis of development mathematical and software of engineering of ?-quantums of knowledge for inductive synthesis ?-knowledgebase with use of the theory of fuzzy sets of Zadeh. Methods of researches: the system analysis, engineering of quantums of knowledge, the theory of algorithms, discrete mathematics, the theory of fuzzy sets, expert estimations. Scientific novelty of the received results: For the first time the method of inductive construction of ?-knowledgebase which is based on restoration of laws in a mode of training on study examples of training knowledge that allows to formalize the description of objects of acceptance of dispatching decisions under conditions ? uncertainty is developed, to realize a computer manipulation ?k-knowledge and provides improvement of quality of dispatching decisions due to minimization of probability of the erroneous decision. It is advanced DAQK-model of representation of knowledge as ?-knowledgebase by introduction of a version of ?k-knowledge for the account of an illegibility of the data which allows to provide adequacy ?-knowledgebase as models of knowledge from the considered subject domain in conditions of linguistic uncertainty (? uncertainty). Have received the further development of DAQK-model and methods of engineering of knowledge on the basis of the offered ?DAQK -models of fuzzy quantums of knowledge which allow to expand a class of effectively solved tasks connected to decision-making in conditions ? of uncertainty. Practical value of the received results consists in creation of information technology as a subsystem of synthesis of base of fuzzy quantums of knowledge. Further use of the results received in the dissertation expediently in higher educational institutions and at the instrument-making enterprises.
