Kravchuk I. Prediction and prevention of uterine cervical diseases at sexual active adolescents

Thesis is devoted to the actual problem of gynecology - to decreasing frequency of development cervical intraepithelial neoplasia at sexual-active adolescents. For the first time on the basis of the comparative analysis of examinations results from sexual-active young women with or without dysplasia, were depended risk factors of development uterine cervical neoplasia, entered in prognostic test that allows to predict with a high degree of probability development dysplastic changes epithelia cervix of uterus. Scientifically proved complex of treatment-and-prophylactic actions directed on the prevention of development precancer diseases cervix of uterus at sexual-active adolescents, including anti-inflammatory therapy, correction of the hormonal status and using spermicide benzalkonium chloride as contraceptive method for prevention re-infection and promotes reduction of frequency of inflammatory diseases of appendages of a uterus, menstrual cycle disorders, neoplastic changes epithelia cervix of uterusand provides high efficiency of prevention precancer cervix of uterus diseases.
