Savenko J. The complex treatment of females with the complicated forms of urogenital trichomoniasis

The dissertation deals with an actual problem in venerology - the improvement of the etiotropic and pathogenetic treatment of females suffering from the urogenital trichomoniasis complicated by the pathology of the neck of the uterus at the background of psycho emotional impairments by the way of the new pharmacological drugs application, the low energetic laser in combination with the interventional psycho correction. On the basis of the comparative analysis of anti-protozoal drugs the etiotropic therapy of trichomoniasis has been given the foundation and development (tenonitrazol, gynatren, suppositoria with povidon-iodine).The effectiveness is 97,4 %.The treatment method of post-trichomonas cervical erosion has been introduced into the medical practice (semi-synthetic diosmin, hyaluronate Zink, intravaginal low energetic laser) with the effectiveness of 97, 96 % (the patent on the invention № 56736 A from 15.05.2003.). This fact has been confirmed by the ultrasonic examination data, by the colpomicroscopy. With the help of Shmishek's and Spielberg-Khanin's psychological tests the formation of somatopsychic disfunctions in the patients has been studied. On that base the interventional psychotherapy promoting the correction of the psycho emotional disturbances and aimed at the prophylaxis of family disharmony and social disadaptation has been developed. The expediency to introduce the moral-sexual education as one of the forms of fight against the diseases transmitted sexually and the AIDS infection into schools curriculum has been proved.
