Essay

Dissertation covers the study of peculiarities of cryopreserved placenta extract (CPE) influence on cardiovascular system of laboratory animals under general cooling conditions. CPE introduction was established to positively affect an animal organism resistance to cold stress, by increasing its adaptation possibilities. It was manifested in maximum survival of animals under general cooling at the stage of self-warming after preliminary CPE introduction, as well as it was seen when interpreting the method for cardiac rhythm variability study. Under morphological analysis the CPE introduction to animals was shown to result in metabolic process activation, thereby strengthening the heat exchange processes between peripheric and internal organs due to an increase in a microhemocirculatory channel volume in different tissues and organs. This also results in normalisation of rheologic blood properties, being impaired under general cooling. CPE introduction positively affects the neuroendocrine thermoregulation mechanisms of animal organism under cold stress, proceeding from the data obtained when studying the rat hormonal status under general cooling. When studying the lipid peroxidation (LPO) processes the CPE application was demonstrated to prevent the LPO processes activation under animal overcooling. In this respect the data obtained during research have demonstrated, that CPE positively affects the homeostasis stabilisation in homoiothermal organism, impairing under cold stress.
