Object of research - process of proceeding and information transfer on the basis of the using of optoelectronic neyro-like network structure of eye-processor type. The subject of research - optoelectronic neyro network structure of eye- processor type, mathematical methods and algorithms of proceeding of multimedia and biomedical information, architecture of neyro-like parallel devices of "eye-processor" type. The methods of researches are based on the substantive provisions of systems analysis and theory of multimedia facilities, mathematical design, analysis and synthesis, mathematical statistics and computer proceeding of information theory of algorithms and optical-electronic chains. The purpose of dissertation is the increase of efficiency and fast-acting of information proceeding by construction and realization of optoelectronic neyro-like network structure of eye-processor type. Theoretical value of got results are Developed method of fractal of images compression , that allows to promote the fast-acting of recognition in in maximum measurement in two hundred times, and in the practically realized variants in once or twice in relation to classic methods. Modification of algorithm of education neyronets is executed for the possibilities at study of fibre-nets a like neyro type and the computer design of operation of selection of contours of objects of placed is conducted dark-and-light there is previous operation of the images processing The practical value of work consists of that also the computer design of operation of renewal of images is conducted and appraised efficiency of work of algorithm with the use of the program of realized on language of high level of Delphi.
